For the upstairs loft, Pottsmason Interiors envisioned a space where leisure and style coexist effortlessly: a quiet retreat layered with rich textures, earthy tones, and curated details.
Center stage is a custom handcrafted game table by Milieu 1928. Perfect for a game of cards, backgammon, or the ever popular mahjong. Lacquered in a soft moss green with parquet inlay and subtle, hidden drawers, the piece feels both refined and playful, inviting moments of strategy and connection.

Our Inspiration

The Milieu 1928 team got to work designing a totally custom table tennis later named Harper, which was scaled to sit perfectly in the space.
Harper is finished in eye-catching black walnut and a saturated ochre lacquer, fulfilling the impactful design Sarah was looking for.
