This home features a 3,000 square foot terrace level that offers a theater room, golf simulator, game room, lounge, and still has room for a guest suite.
Walking down the custom built curved staircase you are transported to your very own, boutique hotel lounge featuring a 12’ bar with one of a kind etageres for housing all your mixology pleasures along with a black walnut game table featuring a fluted leather base. Just off the lounge, you will find a graciously sized game room that offers a billiard and shuffleboard table.

The Bennett billiard and shuffleboard felt right for this more masculine, rock and roll inspired space. Architecturally interesting, the Bennett’s more traditional lines offer a nice compliment to the more contemporary home.
