The Vivian
A nearly century-old historic home on the brink of being razed was lovingly restored by an extremely dedicated team of architects, designers, and builders. Located in the undisputed top-shelf neighborhood of Tuxedo Park in Atlanta, this property boasts more than an acre and a half of gardens and 7,800 square feet of thoughtfully designed interior spaces.
The terrace level easily accommodates a wine cellar, exercise room, theater, and game room. With nearly 18’ of bar and entertainment storage, the game room is perfectly proportioned for a billiard table.
