The Landon
An artful example of how new construction can feel like it’s been in the neighborhood forever. This perfectly scaled 9,000 square foot home in Chastain Park, an admired Atlanta neighborhood, offers 3 levels of executive living at its finest. The natural light washes through the terrace level which includes a lounge, home theater, game room, wine cellar, and gym with sauna and massage room . This new build has thoughtfully designed entertaining spaces, including a billiard room just off the bar allowing guests to flow effortlessly between the spaces.
Heather of Land and Sky Designs collaborated closely with the Milieu team to design a totally ground up custom billiard table for this space.
Heather’s idea of creating a sensual entertaining space, led to the gentle curve on the corners replicated on the legs also angled to see a peak-a-boo of the brass inlaid detail, the Landon is an incredibly unique billiard table.
